First Pitch – 5:06 PM

If you ever wanted to see two ballgames for the price of one and sit behind home plate, do I have a deal for you.

In a scene right out of the movie “Major League,” a group of die-hard fans give a hearty reception to the Orioles as they take the field. Jamie Geraci gets the honor of singing the national anthem before the first game. As my brother pointed out, it’s not the best day to sing “The Star Spangled Banner” in front of 81 people.

As Olson delivers a first pitch strike to Akinori Iwamura, we still are waiting for our first patrons to sit in the left field upper deck area. If you come down to the Yard, make sure to sit in sections 374-388 and I’ll be up there in about 15 minutes. I guarantee it!

Olson gets out of a first inning walk to Pena. No score after a half of an inning.
