If you read my last entry, you can probably tell that I am in no way surprised that Maryland blew a huge lead in the first round of the ACC Tournament to a weak Boston College team that posted a putrid conference record in the regular season. Maryland’s excessive turnover ratio that hampered them for the majority of the season ended up biting them at the point when the Terps needed to take care of the ball the most. Finishing the game with a 52% field goal shooting percentage, Maryland found out that you can lose a ballgame when you outplay a team on the offensive end. Boston College is not a good basketball team. Right now Maryland couldn’t beat the Lady Terps.
